No pressure, step by step—an online course rooted in ancient rhetorical principles, designed for the modern world and more persuasive public speaking. Especially suited for those with limited free time, as well as introverts, shy speakers, and neurodivergent individuals.

No calls (no time zone calculations) or live classes - meaning no pressure. You read and complete tasks whenever it suits you.

Over the course of several weeks, you will receive emails with short lessons and simple (yet powerful) tasks. Through small challenges, you will build and enhance your knowledge and skills.

Each message represents a step forward, leading you on a path of self-discovery and public speaking expression.

What does it look like and what does it contain?

  • Email course

    After testing or registering, you will receive an offer by email with the expected start and end time.

    You will receive all content (lessons and exercises) by email, usually in text form.

    There are no logins to distance learning systems or social media groups.

  • Intensity

    Each module includes an introductory lecture, nine lessons, and five assignments.

    Depending on your preferences, emails with materials arrive two or three times a week, over the course of a month or a month and a half.

    In the advanced package, after all the emails, you get an individual session.

  • Modules

    There are four “levels” of public speaking courses, according to your experience and prior knowledge.

    Although the modules are pre-composed, in consultation with you, the lessons can be adapted to your needs (e.g. if you have a television appearance soon, instead of a 'toast' we can do a 'media appearance').

    After completing the module, you can continue to the next, but you don't have to.

  • Attendees

    Given the format, this type of training is especially suited for those with busy schedules and limited free time, but everyone is welcome. We also strive to create a comfortable space for introverts, neurodivergent individuals, and shy speakers.

    Given the topic, those at the beginning of their careers, those who desire or expect a promotion at work, and the unemployed will benefit the most.

  • Content format

    Short (textual) lessons or assignments, nicely outlined, will arrive in your email.

    You can reply to each email if you have any questions or comments.

    If you share your assignment with us, you will receive feedback on it.

  • Individual session

    It is the last lesson, or meeting, in the advanced level module. During an individual session (40 minutes) you can:
    ask anything you are interested in,
    go through your assignments and answers,
    receive specific advice or instructions and
    learn speech exercises according to your needs.

What are the four modules of the course?

Module 1 - beginner

When it comes to public speaking, you mostly love sitting … in the audience. This module is dedicated to creating a solid foundation and grounding your skills. Maybe you have never encountered public speaking before, or maybe you have had your first, beginner's experiences. Regardless of whether you need a 'crash course' because a good business (or private) offer is in sight, or you want to be on the safe side and prepare in advance, unaware of the opportunity before you, this is the module for basic knowledge and skills.

Module 2 - Independent speaker

Your public speaking can go in either direction: toward excellence or toward—secondhand embarrassment. Maybe you said something at a family or friends' gathering, or you accidentally spoke up at work and realized everyone had fallen silent just to hear you. It’s so unpredictable that you carry lucky charms with you (like your favorite water bottle). It’s time to shape and refine this into your new (per)form(ance). With the right tools, you’ll step into the flow and always bring out your best.

Module 3 - Experienced speaker

You’ve spoken in front of both large and small audiences—perhaps back in high school or college. When a new public speaking opportunity arises, you spend most of your time preparing, sometimes focusing on details like what to wear. Yet, something inside you pushes you to embrace new challenges and grow—both professionally and personally.
This module is designed to bring clarity, minimize distractions, and shift your focus to what truly matters.

Module 4 - a speaker striving for more

You've researched what you wanted, but now you're ready to shine on stage. You may be self-taught, or you may have already taken part in debate or public speaking workshops, but you know there's always something you can learn to improve. Module 4 is especially useful if you don't have the opportunity to experience public speaking at the moment, so while you're waiting, refresh your skills and remember what makes you a rock star. In this module, you'll learn how to nuance your performance, embrace your passion, and combine your skills into a firework display.

✨ Frequently Asked Questions ✨

  • In fact - then this is the ideal opportunity for you; a tailor-made course. We start with small steps, at a pace that suits you, and progress gradually. You have complete control over everything...

  • The basic package includes:
    Lessons and exercises over a 3- or 4-week period.
    All materials that you receive are yours permanently.

    In the advanced package:
    The same as in basic, plus feedback on completed assignments and an individual session - exercises 1 on 1, at the end of the module.

  • Although it is recommended to proceed gradually and in order, it is, of course, possible to receive lessons from all modules simultaneously.

  • Although you will receive lessons over three or four weeks, you will have time for feedback and an individual session after the module is complete, depending on what we agree on. So if you miss a lesson or don't submit an assignment on time, just pick up where you left off and get in touch when you get the chance.

  • The modules differ primarily according to how much they are devoted to which topic. The initial modules are more about stage fright, basic rhetorical topics, and audience, while the final modules are more focused on content work and self-work. If you have special wishes, feel free to state them when registering.

  • If you have difficulty recognizing it from the description, you can take the quiz (look for the links and QR codes above) or send us an inquiry .

  • If we feel that another module would be a better fit for you, we will let you know. We can then agree on what is best, for example whether you would like us to replace any lessons within the existing module.

  • Emails start arriving on Mondays, usually 7-14 days after you decide which module you will enroll in. During this time, you are expected to pay the registration fee, and we will send you an introductory lesson with a more detailed topic plan.

Actually: all possible questions...

  • You choose whether you want to receive the content two or three times a week, so the course can last a month or a little more. After you have received all the lessons, if you choose the option with an individual session, we will hold it whenever it suits you. Ideally, it would be 1-2 weeks after you receive the final exercise.

  • The course is not recorded, but it is not held live either. Lessons and exercises are sent to your email at the scheduled time, but although they are pre-planned, they are adapted to your needs. An individual 40-minute session takes place live remotely, 1 on 1, at a time that suits you.

  • Regardless of what you do with them, lessons and assignments will arrive at the email address you provided in your application, for the duration and frequency agreed upon. Deadlines are set for completing assignments if you want to receive feedback, however, in agreement with us, it is possible to postpone them, or move them a week, a month, or two months later.

  • Since the email is written for an individual course participant, you cannot see an example in advance, but for the accuracy of the content, tone, topics, expression, humor :) and more, look at the authenticity booklet or already written blog posts .

  • For now, the only available payment method is by invoice, which is processed via bank transfer. Once paid, the registration fee is non-refundable. Therefore, please wait until you are sure you want to participate before making the payment.
    The full course (all four modules) can be paid in 2-3 installments.

  • Our vision is that public speaking education should be accessible to everyone, regardless of socioeconomic status. Therefore, for every 10 modules purchased, we can donate one module to someone in need. If you are someone who can afford it, great! If you can't, contact us to find out what we can do for you.

  • Since all materials (lessons and exercises) are delivered to your email, you have access to them forever - as long as you have access to your email inbox. If you want the materials to be more permanent and secure, we recommend that you save them locally (e.g. on your computer) or print them out.
